The perfect start into a new day at Pension Sonia means getting up well-rested and enjoying a rich and nourishing breakfast. This is how the morning starts: with many different, fresh, and regional delicacies from our buffet like crispy bread, fruity jams, home-made cakes, creamy yogurt, healthy cereals, eggs from our chickens, crunchy vegetables, and a big variety of South Tyrolean cold cuts and cheese. And to drink? Would you like a cup of Italian coffee, or a tea made of South Tyrolean herbs? We will prepare your drink for you right away!
Mountain air makes you hungry!
Chef and host Hainz will pamper all his guests with tasty, typically South Tyrolean dishes. You can look forward to meat dishes like goulash with speck dumplings, traditional pasta dishes like macaroni with minced meat, mushrooms, bacon, peas, cream, and ham, and sweet dishes like the famous “Kaiserschmarrn”.
After a long day in the mountains, a 3-course meal with tasty South Tyrolean dishes is waiting for our guests. A warm starter or a soup, a delicious main course, and a sweet dessert or a freshly made cake to make the meal perfect. And who wants to, afterwards can chat with Anna and Hainz and enjoy a home-made schnapps.
To guarantee great quality and to emphasize the unique taste of the ingredients, chef Hainz uses only fresh, local products.
For our guests with allergies and intolerances, we prepare alternative dishes, as well as vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
If needed, we will happily provide tools to fix your mountain bike. You can leave your bikes in our underground parking lot (locked at night). A bike store is in close proximity.
